About the Speaker – Brother Charlie Hogg

Brother Charlie Hogg has been a practitioner of meditation for over 40 years. As a senior teacher of the Brahma Kumaris, he has travelled to more than 80 countries as a speaker at international conferences and retreats, sharing simple and easy-to-understand approaches to applying positive values to daily life and experiencing the benefits that follow. From experience, he knows meditation is an extraordinary tool to maintain mental, emotional and physical health in a world increasingly challenged by anxiety, stress, greed and depression.
