The course includes an Introductory & Intermediate session with an experienced facilitator. This course is a live, personalised, responsive, real-time engagement with the facilitator, other participants and the practice. This course is suitable for absolute beginners who have no or very little meditation experience.
This is an Online course delivered via 'ZOOM' conferencing platform (free to use). Instructions with Zoom link will be emailed to participants nearer to the Course start date.
Course Dates: starting 24 Mar until 05 May (7 sessions over 7 consecutive Sundays)
Course Time : 06.00 pm - 08.00 pm SGT (3.30pm - 5.30pm IST)
