The full course includes Raja Yoga Meditation course & Philosophy of Raja Yoga (Advanced course) with an experienced facilitator. This course is a live, personalised, responsive, real-time engagement with the facilitator, other participants and the practice. This course is suitable for absolute beginners who have no or very little meditation experience.
